Oversee compliance strategy to ensure you are always in compliance with all Federal & State employment laws. Review employee handbook, employee forms (I-9, W-4’s etc), assist with leave policies (sick, vacation, maternity & paternity etc).

Assist with payroll processing and benefits management.

Identify strategic hiring goals, create job descriptions and job posting for online sourcing websites (Indeed, Glassdoor, College job boards etc), manage applicant tracking, oversee recruiting process and onboarding.

Help create a culture of happy, healthy and productive teams by implementing clear roles, vision and mission using the “EOS, Myers Briggs and Patrick Lencioni” models and making sure employees are in the right seats. Also planning wellness and volunteer activities, creating employee engagement survey’s, and making sure expectations are clear using a performance management system.

Work with executive team to define future goals. Build and manage performance management system, implement strategic growth plan and development path, ensure organizational communication is clear.

Reconcile bank accounts, review monthly financials, assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
